Avenue, Looking north is the QT Resort and Spa and Crown
 Towers hadn't been developed yet. The Shuttle business fizz out and the shuttle was trucked out after a couple of years.
 This location has been a bit of curse for investors, Japanese
 investors in the mid-'80s had bought all the land up around this
part of Surfers and then the Japanese economy crash and
Japan fell into a serious recession.
 The blocks of land defaulted to the bank of japan, All
blocks of land are still empty to this day and are a
terrible eye saw on Surfers Paradise.
