Orchid Avenue. The Hilton tower called the Orchid
 east tower was undertaken by ANZ and Brookfield 
Multiplex. Hilton Hotel is a 169 rooms from ground level to level 15 and 224 Residential Apartments from level 16 to 57.

Paradise Boulevarde the tower west is the Hilton
Residence tower and was completed in 2009.
The tower facing the beach is the Soul Tower and was under construction at the same time. 

Hilton Hotel Orchid East Tower
The car park under the tower was undertaken by 
Menard Bachy using Diaphragm watertight walls 
and a top-down construction similar to 4217 
Bus Station Council Carpark.
