Mobike Bike Sharing Gold Coast Free Photos

Mobike, the world’s first and largest smart bike sharing platform, announced today it is entering the Australian market after being awarded the exclusive right to operate its dockless bike share program from the municipal authorities in Gold Coast in a competitive public bid.

Around 2,000 bikes are expected to be available across Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Varsity Lakes by January 2018. Newly designed Mobikes for the Australian market will include internal three-speed gears, a larger frame and 26-inch wheels to suit local riders, as well as front and rear lights for safety.
